Some Solutions Better Than Others

Do a Detox Program
One solution is to undergo a detox program. Just doing simple programs will definitely help. Many programs offered in the market are very simple and easy to do and it gets great results. However, these programs are recommended to be done only once or twice a year.
Distilled water
Many people decide to purchase a distilled water maker. Whilst this is safe to drink it should not be drunk continuously over a long period of time. Distilled water is empty water and it will help to draw out the toxins from the body. However prolonged usage of this “dead” water could leach vital minerals and vitamins from the body.
Prolonged consumption of distilled water for a period of more than a few days definitely requires the intake mineral and vitamin supplements. This should be avoided. It is far better drinking normal filtered water whilst ensuring you get all the vitamins and minerals your body needs through a daily balanced diet.
Fizzy water
Many people enjoy carbonated water, but studies show that prolonged drinking of fizzy water and soft drinks can create problems for the body. In essence, fizzy drinks contain carbon dioxide in the bubbles. The body needs and requires oxygen and most carbon dioxide in the body is considered a waste product to be eliminated. It is unnecessary to add to the body's troubles by drinking carbon dioxide which the body regards as a rejected product. The occasional carbonated drink is fine, but do not make it a habit.

Bottled Water
One of the best solutions is to drink bottled water. However, it is also one of the more costly solutions.
Also, make sure that the level of dry solids are not too high and try to avoid water with a higher than average sodium content.
Filtered Water
One of the best and most affordable solutions is to consume filtered tap water. Proper filtration will help to eliminate some of the toxins found in most water supplies. You can keep it simple and get a system fitted to the main water supply in your home.
It is important to make sure you replace the filters as per the manufacturer's instructions. Do not believe the reports that say filtered water is worse than tap water. This only becomes a problem when the filters are not changed properly. Use common sense. Filter your water and make it a pleasure to drink a clean, safe, and refreshing glass of water.
